Win 2003 Sp2 Serial Key

I have an 2003 enterprise OEM license on one of our servers that was imaged to another server. I bought a copy of windows 2008 enterprise which is an open license and downgraded it to 2003. Now what do I have to do to change this key on the server?

The server has already been activated again (I know this is illegal because OEM is not tranferable to other servers but its microsofts fault for only giving me 3 days to activate it.) If you are looking to downgrade a windows version visit this thread and thanks to AK-47!
